WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
If you want to use Pressera’s services, you should organize all of your products. This means that designs you have, should be imported into Pressera’s Designs Library and then generated into selected products. For example, I have 100 different graphic designs and as I import them to Pressera, I can make hundreds of products out of it and then export it automatically to my shop.
While creating products, you may fill in the descriptions, prices and other specifications including sizes and colors that are in stock at Pressera’s warehouse. At the end of the process you have your designs customized into various products that have its description, tags, price and sizes/colors. This Product Creation step lets you control your shop products base directly from Pressera account.
After products are exported into your web shop, all you have to do is to take care of your sales. The integration works automatically when your shop customer finalizes the transaction. Just after the order is sent into Pressera`s system, your account is immediately charged for Pressera`s services. If the payment ends up successfully, the order is forwarded straight to manufacturing and packaging division.
Within the same day the order is shipped to your customer shipping address. At this stage if you have set up your branding settings, the shipment will be prepared according to your requirements. That is the final step where Pressera services you.
Note: the printing waste (size, print or apparel error) is the only reason for full refund from Pressera.
